 More work for current supervisors in patrol commands with this deficit. Just to get an idea are youre commands short sgts ? Mine is short about 5 patrol sgts combining all platoons.

 Its not more work really.  Its a promo from supervisor to supervisor. The allocations of supervisors dont change sgt to LT. Po to sgt changes personnel needs.  The Dept and city is trying to prevent the depletion of the PO rank.

 they have midnight platoons doing 4 hrs pre tour every night. Id argue that the department as a whole is spread thin. No ones taking the job. ppl are running out the door. This is going to be quite the summer Imo.

 The next 100?? I would bet that the remainder of this list aint doing shit. Last thing you need is to get in some Bs after waiting close to 5 years to finally get made.
