Can someone in the palace confirm or discuss , whats the deal with this mentoring email. Attached is a Separate attachment saying you may not be in this mentoring class. So what do they have a reserved list? One of my friends received his mentoring latter and another friend received there mentoring letter. But they arent on each others list of contacts that they were sent to. This is very odd and pretty dumb.

I agree no need to do three weeks of training in the field. I can see you one week prior to promotion but thats it no more or just get rid of it completely. The way they do it is so weird and inconvenience as well

So according to my calculations , they reached number 415. So they put in a class of 35. Why such a little class?

We always hope for a bigger class but 415 promotions at the 20th month mark is not too bad.

Class should be minimum 40. Not always accurate to go based off the mentoring class.

So this is a weird one. I thought promotions are on Feb 28. So according to the finest it says mentoring ends till 2400 Feb 25. So does this mean promotions were changed to Feb 26?

That number was from January 7th, so obviously the number should be a little higher now which is a good sign.
