Looks like they are -12 with 30 on terminal. 1 coming off in july plus the 10 Captains means it will be -23. But with the promotion of 28 Lt's on July 28th that means we will be +5. So numbers wise it doesnt look like it.

another capt class end of august coupled with the -8 for august may just make a small class maybe......and then another -9 for septmember
