Cops that were in impact or not even on the job when the test came out and because some class preps them well for a past test they want to judge and belittle fellow mos. just shut up and feel good about YOU passing. I think these posts are more aimed at their peers who decided to bring a lawsuit against the 2011 List in hopes of cutting their throats to save their own asses, instead of dying on a list with dignity. I sure as hell wouldnt want these 19 cowards next to me when the **** hit the fan. Not to mention a GO-15, their motto is "All for one, and another one for me". I do feel sorry for the 2006 canidates who were close but didnt make it, and moved on with their lives. GL on your captains test.

Wasn't in impact when the last test was given....I was sitting in the first bmoc off the 2006 Sgt's exam. Screwed over with 60 other poor saps who spent months watching guys with final scores in the 60s get promoted , while we were shut out with 90s. That was the first time this job's testing system ****ed me....sorry if I'm a little bitter about 19 failures trying to screw me a second time 5 years later. And as far as calling people "pussies"...don't say **** at the computer in your mom's basement that you would never say in person....pussy.

as part of the negotiated agreement between the city , DCAS and the 19 wonderful people. The plaintiffs will be offered an opportunity to ride the times square ball tonight at midnight as part of the count down to their list going DOA. The shredded 2006 list will be given to them as souvenir to commemorate this fantastic event.

Well, the problem with this lawsuit, is the 2006 guys didn't just try and extend their list. They tried to do it by fu**ing over the 2011 guys, publicly, which was a stupid thing. Aside from the fact they never had a shot, they should have left their fellow MOS out of their idiotic ploy. Nevertheless, this particular thread was pretty malicious. Remember, there's some 600 people dying on this list, only 19 of them saw it fit to try and destroy other cops to get their way, the rest are prob regular dudes who are bummed they died on a list.
