SATCOM youre in the same boat as me. Marking your answer key like that, meaning marking all the doubles and unknowns plus the ones you got different, as wrong answers, if you get any out of the 16 right you should be good maybe an 80 or high 70's, right?

No offense to testtaker or cj but i wouldnt throw in a guy who got a 63 with ALL the doubles and unknowns marked as CORRECT....it'll screw up the answer key guy!

hello everyone
question 37 is absolutely answer choice D. choice A (they gave us a white slip) is the D/O duty. D/O sends SCAM report, either b or c was also his duty. in answer choice the cop has to notify the non-abusing p/g and refer to safe horizon
sig226 said
Feb 9, 2009
also i would highly advise to refrain from this answer key shmey bull****...
p.s. any1 remembers answer choices to lb questions...as well as broomstick scenario?

The top charge was assault 2 Fel.
cjs2571 said
Feb 9, 2009
how is it a felony if it is reckless?
sig226 said
Feb 9, 2009
well in my opinion it is felony assault because 1)weapon/broomstick was involved causing injury. so its felony assault now crim mis if over 250 n recklessly is a misdemeanor. if with intent and over 250 then felony. i think scenario had it as recklessly not too sure. but crime classification would be felony assault

Testtaker, when I did a similar compilation of answer keys two tests ago it had 8 different questions from DCAS. I used a total of 19 answer keys. It's crucial to have mainly people who studied submit their answers.

felony cuz of a weapon. in nys penal law you could be reckless but if with so called weapon its then felony

im guessing most ppl that posted here studied. at the moment the key isnt 100 percent accurate but i think about 75 questions are pretty close

it is not a weapon because he was sweeping. he had not intent so i am very sure it is not a felony i will look it up in the penal law tommorow

Yes, you are right I think that most of us studied. That was just an answer to a question you posted earlier regarding sample size and accuracy. Your compiled key will end up being very accurate.

ok what about legal bulleten question? bora and melendez scenario? and how about haz mat in manhole explosion? i chose to notify doh...i was leaning toward mcsu though scenario mentioned mcsu, but answer choice mentioned highway people for a safety check. now we know that mcsu is a part of hwy, but it was not specified in the story. another choice was to notify dep, however by the p/g, p/s must notify operations (or comm) for dep but answer choice put p/s as notifying dep direct..no good. what do u think?

the dept of health one
testtaker said

pretty sure i put dep of health. someone on here said highway was correct
sig226 said

thats a thing!
in the scenario the do mention mcsu, but in the answer choice they mention highway!
now p/s notifies doh if radiation involved. is asbestos radiation? no. i think this could be appealed

what abour cops in 53. after notifying boro n obtaining number as a next sequence i put to notify fsd n put fsd number on par n arpd. i remeber answer choice c or d had to fax both sides of all paperwork to personnel in 24 hours, however i think it must be done as soon as possible, preferably on the same tour. whatever the case i think the stem was about next course of action which in my opinion would be fsd...

I fully expected the 10th deadly weapon to be there too, but... I think they hit most of the important newer IO's.
Did you by any chance compare the tentative AK to the one posted in a different thread by IhatePG and Satcom? I'm using it as well as yours to kind of give me an idea what the doubles could be.

in that question, p/s must notify operation and have iab duty captain n people to respond as well as boro co n duty cap. that shooting caused injury though non life threatening but still...off duty or on duty shooting u get tested but p/s requests..

In order to get a more accurate idea of what the answers may be...you need about 20-25 answer keys (people who studied) and look for a common denominator. You should get a pretty good idea. comparing 5 or 6 people isnt going to cut it

That answer was implying that the patrol supervisor test the off duty sgt. That is wrong. either way he gets tested if he is in NYC

in regards to the tanker truck spill patrol supervisor will do as per 212-37 haz mat
step
8. Maintain frozen area security until hazardous materials are removed or neutralized and declared safe.
a. Notify Highway Unit supervisor to be available for escort duties, as necessary
b. If vehicle involved, detain for highway safety check by Highway District.
this is the best i could do. *stands for probable but not 100%
