The Dept of City Wide Admin Services has announed it has released the list from the promotion to Sgt Exam #7508 given on Jan 26, 2008. DCAS has advised it will keep the Sgt List from exam 6514 given Feb 3, 2007 active until March 2009 to allow promotion of candidates who will not have five years of service on that date.
All Borough and Bureau Personnel officers must pick up this list at EMD testing unit in 1014B at 1pp. It can only be picked up from 1000hrs to 1200hrs on Friday Sept 12, 2008. MOS from individual commands will not be given a copy. Distribution will only be allowed through the borough commands.  Parent commands will make sure subordinate units are notified of above message as soon as possible.  Auth Chief of Personnel.

I checked DCAS website.No final answer key yet but list is out....Unknown throwouts NUMBER one on the list only got a 93.00000000

Princess can you post your final score and approx. list number so the rest of us can have an idea where we stand.

I will post some a 77 .00 is list # 253 a 83.00 is list # 63 a 72.00 is list # 535

SURE GUYS- My RAW score was 76. I get 2 points senority and about 1/2 point for medals. That takes me up to a 78.5   If I got throw outs the most I could have picked up would be an additional 3 or 4 points, so my highest score would be an 82-83, my lowest a 78.5. My list # is above 150 and below 180. Cannot give my actual list # for obvious reasons.

Figure if you got between a 75 and 79 raw score your list will be in the high 100's low 200's

I am above an 80, but didn't have my credits on file so maybe I should have been in the first group.

found out my exact score its a 78.5 which means I got no extra points.

allegedly some people were getting their list numbers, however after speaking with some people who passed outright with their raw score i learned that the scores listed on this alleged list were flat scores; for example 84, 85, 86 etc..  No seniority points, medal points, physical etc. were calculated in. Therefore i believe whoever was giving out list numbers was getting them from a raw score list, which means the numbers weren't correct.  Someone posted in another thread that our job was going to get the final list from DCAS which i think is the adjusted list with all points added on from throwouts, doubles etc.. Hopefully i'm right since i need two answers to go my way. Good luck to you all.

hey, i have eleven and half years on and scored a 75 raw score. i should have almost 7 points coming that i have not gotten.

OK SO MAYBE THE PD HAS TO DO THERE OWN LIST I AM NOT SURE BUT THIS IS DCAS'S LIST AND THE FINEST SAID THE BOROS MUST FAX IT TO THE COMMANDS TOMORROW SO NOT SURE DONT SHOOT THE MESSENGER

my list number is #305 with a 75, so those longevity points are huge now....

I guess they did count all the points and made the list accordingly. It's just that they show you what you actually got on a test (with throwouts and without all other addons)
