So far we've had 7 Captain promotions: 102 promoted and 13 passovers.

Not sure as to the size of list Unfortunately, I only heard regarding the December promotion which are similar numbers to what NYCOP80 posted with the exception of 100 sgts as opposed to 50.

 I think last years Holiday Promotions went like that as well a Wednesday Finest late in the evening for a Friday Promo.
