Why specifically 71? Why would they stop at 71 and not 70?

Lol it does seem like a joke. Buuuuut what if youre a rookie sgt who got a 71 and who is veeeery close to the PC, what do you think would happen? That question is both hypothetical and rhetorical WINK WINK. Id say a definite push to 71 and since its so close to 70 just do the entire list.

I don't even really care anymore. As it gets closer Im not gonna want to let go of my chart days and im not interested in working 45 minutes a day for free. Sgt is the best rank and contract. And yes I did pass this exam.
