When will promotions start off the 2017 list?

Seeing as there are about 60 LT left on the 15 list...and a list takes 6 months to be established I am assuming promotions would start immediately after those 6 months for the 17 list...Jan/Feb?

whenever dcas decided to release the list...should be less makeup test takers now so maybe the time to establish the list will be on the shorter end...then again, this is dcas were talking about
