Question Numbers For Protest???

does anyone remember the questions they protested and the number?? I want to submit via mail more protests and supporting documents to questions I might have missed. They don't let you write down anything which makes this option of mailing in impossible!!!

so far I remember 38 being the scaffold question

94 being the use of force forcible take down level one and man needing stitches.

I honestly think that should be protested because it also says any SUB PI is a level 2 force

You're confusing level 2 force with level 2 injury

I protested it, the way the wuestion was worded, it could be interpreted as either a T6 or T7. Hopefully we'll get at least a double answer out of it.

For the people who lurk on the board and don't post, and for those who want a way to protest a question thats a CLEAR double answer or throwout, here is one, as I mentioned before.

The Apprehension Plan question (the question which had the answer as "Debrief civilians who have sustained minor injuries") was MESSED UP.

Even if they use the "which step comes first" excuse, they will still be wrong.

As PER 213-12,

the NOTE under Step 12 states. "Where possible, uniformed member and potential civilian witnesses who have sustained minor injuries should be immediately debriefed BY A RESPONDING SUPERVISOR *OR* DETECTIVE before leaving the scene for treatment."

Step 16 states: Establish a Command Post (marked as a wrong answer as per DCAS.)

If the MOST CORRECT answer is what is being looked for, the MOST CORRECT answer should be Establish A Command Post. It is a better choice because the note under Step 12 states civilian witnesses who have sustained minor injuries should be immediately debriefed BY A RESPONDING SUPERVISOR *OR* DETECTIVE. The Supervisor DOES NOT HAVE TO debrief the civilian who has sustained injuries, the Detective can do it ALSO, however IT IS ONLY THE PATROL SUPERVISOR WHO CAN ESTABLISH A COMMAND POST. "ESTABLISH A COMMAND POST" is the better choice and is the OVERALL answer that is MOST CORRECT.

Send in your protests. Lets not give them this one.

You have 30 days from the day you attend the protest review session to mail it in to their bowling green address it must have the question number that's why I'm asking people to share them here. We need those question numbers cause they don't let you write down notes to take home!

The diplomat one is not 50 sorry. It's either 55 or 68
I got my question numbers 38 55 68 80 83 89 94

55 68 80 83 89
Are between diplomat
2nd fire question
15 year old missing from school
Family Offense
And not sure the other

If any of these you want to argue just send in your protest by mail with documents and refer to all these question numbers the guy at dcas told me they will narrow it down to which question number it is since it's not many numbers to sort out from.

38 is the scaffold
94 is the forcible take down guy needing stitches.
