i have been debating this at work with some of my fellow failures and they are writing novels on all of these. i still believe that 59 & 61 are jacked----but the assassins on here shoot me down. i too want 17 & 18 tossed due t the OO debacle---but they werent for capt exam---why us?

yeah 115 could totally go that way. you coud draw so many conclusions as to who that dude is. just wasnt specified. could be a task force guy for all we know.

35 is a throwout and 36 is a double. At least that is how I prosted them.

Then it will be thrown out because they never tell you in the stem of the question who that actor is. We cannot assume, we need to be given facts and answer the questions via the fact pattern.

you guys assume too much about DCAS...i get it...115 never told you..i agree..but you are looking too much into the question. Come on, even on test day i knew they were trying to say that actor was the D/O..stop the nonsense...if you are pinning your hopes on those inconsistencies i think you are in for a rude awakening.

In order to successfully protest a question, you have to explain why your answer is BETTER or AS GOOD AS their answer. You will not be able to protest something based on what is stated in the stem. Successful protests are made based on scrutinizing the answer choices, not the question. This has been pointed out numerous times on here.

yes, the good as or better than theirs is true. but, if the stem and the question were so poorly written or written incorrectly----you couldnt have possibly come to an answer choice. and that is the cause for a throwout. happened many a times on 2011. it wasnt just the answer choices jacked that a question got a double-triple-or tossed.

In the last thread someone pointed out that in #54 the ages aren't stated. That could really make this a complete throw out.

I agree. I read this question carefully and the answer for choice A does not match the patrol guide. It is in fact off by one word. I got this one wrong as well so I was hoping for A to be correct as well . However it doesn't look that way .

I had a different answer for 115 and it was correct...but it was wrong procedure and they locked you into one specific procedure...dirty I tell you :)

Answer A, which I put as well could not be a double answer considering on word was wrong.. No matter what, it was a petty question that was bullsh*t.. No I'm not referring to those questions in addition to 54 and 106.. 106 is 100% a throwout.. I'm talking about people complaining about 35,23, Etc.. People should be using their time wisely to be mailing in thoughtful and accurate mail in protests instead of just stapling in notice of examination and saying "I would have studied OPs if I knew.. And I agree 18 should be tossed based on stem of question not because of operation order.. Everyone on this board should pm each pther and Mail in protests.. I argued number 18 based on the stem as well.. Trust me.. I need 2 points and I got 1,10,18,45,54,106, and 115 wrong.. We need Christmas to come early for a lot of us..

First off I would like to thank you guys for taking the time to protest..I on the other hand went to the test on a beautiful Saturday morning, walked in and opened the test..that's all I remember..aside from the pale face and puke when I went to bathroom..

I disagree. Questions 6 and 106 aren't even in the same category. 106 has hard evidence that the correct answer can't be tested as per our cutoff date. Question 6 asks you to do something that was impossible, but I can see the panel determining that it doesn't affect the answer.
