After speaking to different ppl on review boards... NOTHING is ever automatic. It was told to me that valid arguments were shot down before by dcas. So like everything else...the only was to have automatic is wait until the results are released. Unfortunately. ...this will not be the popular answer.
If 106 Doesn't get thrown out then nothing will. The correct answer is wrong as per the Notice of Examination. This is a different situation from the operations orders. I believe this one has to be automatic or it could be grounds for legal action.

I agree that people will be pleasantly surprised when this list comes out. However, after attending the protest I don't see 10 throw out / double answers coming from this test as I have heard some people say. I will say one thing though , if you have a 69 and got question 106 wrong I would feel cautiously optimistic.
106 is definitely not choice C as stated on the answer key because of the last unit mentioned in the choice. A or D are good answers. Make sure you protest this. Don't want to provide any info since people did not take the test yet. Good work Capt Jerkoff and Ernie!!
106 is NOT A or D. Correct procedure..wrong actor you were dealing with. I promise you there was no right answer besides c but obviously not in regards to our cut off date obviously. So no right answer

He's legit and I know from our protest session together you're a smart guy who passed and could probably get a few questions tossed. Message him if there are any you want to fight.
FYI: Question 10 has a double answer. They have choice A as the most correct but it can also be choice B because of the lack of info left out of the stem of the question. Don't want to give it away, this question had a Mr. Maxwell and Ms Jones in it.
