That leaves what, 9 people left on the old list? That's assuming that everyone is eligible and still wants the rank. Could possibly mean first promotions from the 2013 exam will begin sooner than everyone thought.
I know two people personally that don't have the college credits and have no intention of getting them. Those nine might all die on the list
I think after these 14 are promoted, there's only like 7 or 8 left from the 2012 list. If some of those remaining 7 or 8 don't have credits and/or are declining the promotion, then the class after this June 2nd group will be a mix of people from both lists

I agree. Everyone thought it'd be two classes, but I believe they went with 14 because there are a few not taking the promotion/not enough credits/retiring. Of the two, one is retiring, if he hasn't already, and the other was going to go back to school, but never did. Hopefully by fall they start off this list.
I heard there is 9 left on the old list? (14 are being promoted on 6/2). Of the 9 left, I don't know how many are eligible, retired, not taking the promotion, etc.
