I know its Christmas.........

"Test Validation Board (TVB:The applicant protest period for non-CTC exams usually begins in the fifth week after the test is given. Candidates then have thirty (30) days to submit written protests to the proposed key answers. Candidates must justify why their answers are as good as or better than the posted key answers. Typically, candidates will protest only those questions that they believe have an ambiguous wording or issues with the set of answers. The Test Validation Board (TVB) reviews each protest, making appropriate changes to an exam's answer key based on these reviews. The TVB traditionally consists of one representative of the union, a subject expert, and an exam expert. Upon completion of the TVB review a final answer key is established, the exams are rated and the hiring list is published and established. There is a 30-day period after the exam results are released during which candidates are permitted to appeal the calculation of their final score."

please, those of you actively involved in this protest,  don't lose your motivation in writing out protests. I know you're all sick of this nonsense and it is complete bullsht that a few hundred of us are left in this position. After six months of effort and after the schools walked away with our money, all we have left is less than thirty days to send in our arguments and hopefully be successful in eliminating the very worst among many awful questions. I spent five hours at protest session with the booklet and at least nine hours reading every procedure over very carefully, and despite what the few potential passers say, there are many concrete arguments to make. Otherwise i wouldnt be wasting my time. I have a list of the worst questions, their various flaws, the potential arguments made; people are adding to them each day. email me if you havent already and please write a few protests if you can.

Additionally, ignore these clowns that luckily landed on a 71 or 72 with a handful of questions more than the vast majority of us sitting in the high 60s. they're contributing nothing to the protest while i have guys in the mid 80s writing in to help the 200 of us. Karma is a **** and t
