Stop misguiding your fellow cops big guy!! The fiscal year starts on June 1 every year and I don't care who your "buddy" is but if his name is not de blasio , no one can predict next years budget ..... Just like Brat stated, the exam is gonna happen next year based on the numbers left on the old list but no one including your buddy knows the date of the exam at this point.
