Ohhh no, he's the perfect model cop who just got a raw deal, lololol. He's the usual worthless piece of garbage that you find in most places. Everyone knows at least one of those in their place. But just to make sure, I took off an unauthorized pin I had on and I shined my shoes yesterday. I'm not taking any chances, lololololol.

really well then post your 5 years worth of collars geniuses. here is a clue to the level of hypocracy that 1pp has inspector jones the co of emd . you know the type yells about activaty and gets to decide who gets promoted and uses activity as a basis. would you care to guess her career collars? ill give you the answer 8 . last collar made was 1983 . hypocracy oh yeah a ton of it. the 2 of you well you came on the job what 5 years ago ? maybe ? i was on during the crack days of the early 90's and **** was different way different then. i dont expect you to understand and its ok it really is . maybe just maybe one day when you do something and your hearts in the right place and the job burns you good , maybe just maybe youll understand . i doubt it though since the two of you would be the ones pushing people over a cliff not extending a hand to help.

since the sgt test is not discretionary, on what basis where u skipped???

i think ur the only one on our list that was skipped? correct?

well apparently it is discretionary, people who have 2 or 8 carrer collars get to decide who gets promoted or not . i believe i may have been the only one skipped i cant be 100 percent certain.
