I know their at List #132, but can anyone advise how many have been passed over.

I recently checked past promotions and cross referenced from the list. I counted 6 people passed over. One of the six is assigned to MELD, another waived his veterans points (?), the other four, WHO KNOWS. If what their saying is true and 20 get made on April 24th and all 6 passovers are made they will only reach List#146. April 30th our list will be a year old. Three more to go!! What number will they reach???????confuse
